First edition, Presentation Copy Inscribed, additionalyl limited and numbered by the publisher, and one of only 19 copies of the Presentation Issue. Profusely illustrated throughout with black and white photographs and two in colour. Oblong 4to, handsomely bound in half red morocco over red cloth-covered boards, the spine with gilt stippled raised bands creating six compartments, lettered and decorated with gilt tools, marbled endpapers, a.e.g. 480 pp. A very fine copy.
