Descripción
8vo, 15, [1]pp., annotated in pencil, folded and posted with address in blank panel to Messrs. Thorp & Dickson, Solicitors, Alnwick, blank tear where seal has been removed. The House of Commons Bill was for establishing a General Register Office in London, for the deposit of all Deeds and Instruments affecting Real Property in England and Wales. The Newcastle and Gateshead Solicitors saw this as a recipe for disaster with difficulties in filing and searches, all involving extra costs.
