This is a fine hardcover copy with no wear at all. Completely clean inside and out. Text completely in JAPANESE. This catalog was prepared to accompany the exhibition at Asahi Shimbun in 2006, which also traveled around Japan through 2007. Makoto Ooka (1931- ) is a Japanese poet and literary critic. He pioneered the collaborative poetic form 'renshi' in the 1990's, in which he has collaborated with such well-known literary figures as Charles Tomlinson, James Lasdun, Joseph Stanton and Mikiro Sasaki. Also artists such as Sam Francis, Tono Yoshiaki, etc. 125 works in the exhibition. All illustrated in color. 11" high X 8" wide.
