About the Book:-The Tamilian-Antiquary was a journal edited by D. Savariroyan, and was published between 1907-and 1914. It is altogether one of the healthiest and most suggestive books to be found in Tamil. It abounds in great thoughts felicitously expressed. Its lessons reach our hearts, inform our minds, quicken our finer sensibilities and elevate our whole moral being. Volume four contains articles on Manikka Vacagar and his date; and on the early Christians of Malabar. Volume five has notices on: glimpses of ancient Dravidians; the Augustan age of Tamil literature etc., So this book is the product of extensive study and research of the Tamilian Antiquary of different periods to make it an indispensable one.
