8vo., First Edition thus, with a frontispiece and 4 plates; cloth, gilt back, backstrip very lightly sunned else a very good, clean copy. Includes I. Juvenilia 1790-3 (Volume the First, Volume the Second, Volume the Third), II. Lady Susan, III. Fragments of Novels, IV. Plan of a Novel, V. Opinions of Mansfield Park and Emma, VI. Verses, VII. Prayers. It was originally intended to issue 'Minor Works' first as a limited edition on Large Paper to range with the 1923 editions of the novels, but the scheme was abandoned and the work was first issued in 1954. The current edition includes - for the first time - a corrected version of 'Volume the Second', new introductory notes to each work and additional notes at the end. This edition is curiously scarce.
