In contemporary red cloth. Roy. 8vo. (23 x 16 cm). In Ottoman script. 752 p., b/w ills. Hegira: 1330 = Roumi: 1328 = Gregorian: 1912. Özege 23172. First Edition. Volume 1; all published. Emrullah Efendi, who was a deputy of Kirklareli after the declaration of the Second Constitutional Monarchy in 1908, was brought to the 'Maarif Nazirligi' (Ministry of Education) in 1910. He resigned a year later, but in 1912 he was again appointed to the same position. After leaving the Ministry, he began to teach at the university (Darülfünûn) and died in 1914 at his home in Yesilköy. Famous the word "If it weren't for these schools how would I manage the ministry of education!" belogs to himself. Scarce.
