This is a near fine softcover copy with minimal cover wear. SIGNED by the author and photographer, Jon Cassar, in black marker on the first page, and dated 2006. Not inscribed to anyone, just signed and dated. Includes DVD in envelope inside rear cover. Very clean throughout but slight offset on the colofon page from the DVD envelope. Illustrated in color with Jon Cassar's photographs. 10" high X 11" wide, 165 pages. Large heavy book, foreign shipping will be extra.
