8vo., with coloured frontispiece, title-vignette, numerous coloured and monochrome illustrations (a number full-page) in the text, and illustrated endpapers; red cloth, upper board framed and blocked in gilt enclosing mounted coloured illustration (repeated from text), a near fine copy in publisher's printed board slip-case. First published in 2015 as a limited edition; now reissued in smaller format with new binding and slip-case, and with watercolour added by the artist to certain illustrations.
