Sm. 8vo., Third Impression thus, with coloured frontispiece, 47 coloured plates, 63 plates in monochrome and illustrations of skeletons in the text, and photographic endpapers toned in sepia; original series binding of green leatherette, upper board and backstrip blocked and lettered in gilt and black, radial corners, blue sprinkled edges, a near fine copy. First published in 1921. A lovely copy, albeit without dustwrapper. See Marren, pp.154-156.
