A very clean very tight copy with bright unmarked red cloth boards, slight sunning to upper front edge and minor bumping to upper corners. 268pp. Story based around the unexplained death in 1931 of socialite and flapper Starr Faithful which was turned into a movie in 1960 starring Elizabeth Taylor and Lawrence Harvey.
