Volume 2 has 6 illustrations and a map, Volume 3 is on missionary fairs (1292-1338); Rashid ud-din (1300-1307); Pegolotti’s notices (1330-1340); John De Marignolli’s recollections (1338-1353). Volume four describes the journeys of Ibn Battuta to Bengal and China (circa 1347); and, the journey of Benedict Goes from Agra to Cathay (1602-1607); This concluding volume has 1 illustration and a map of the passes of the Hindu Kush.
