Large folio, First Edition, with fine mounted coloured frontispiece and 120 fine full-page plates in monochrome, endpapers very lightly browned; original buckram gilt, gilt back, gilt top, uncut, upper hinge cracked (but binding entirely sound), a very good, bright, clean copy. This notable exhibition covers work from the fifteenth to the nineteenth centiuries and includes paintings, drawings, etchings, silver and glass. The catalogue includes indexes by painter, draughtsman, etcher, glassworker, silversmith and owner.
