Art direction by fashion curator Joelle Chariau. Introduction by Ulf Poschardt. One of the best references for the work of fashion designer and illustrator Rene Gruau (1909- 2004). Many color plates and some black & white. Plate list with full identifcation of the drawings, who they were made for, approximate date, provenance, etc. This book is folio size, larger than the earlier book published by Rizzoli in 1984. 14" high X 11" wide, 175 pages.
