From a total edition of 163 copies, this is ONE OF FIFTEEN COPIES PRINTED ON EXTREMELY FINE ARCHES WOVE PAPER. This copy was PRINTED FOR THE ARTIST and includes two additional suites of the etchings on fine Auvergne laid paper (the first state [with remarque] in black and the final state in bistre), a suite of the four planches refusées, and a WONDERFUL PEN AND WATERCOLOR DRAWING, SIGNED AND DATED BY THE ARTIST. Folio. Loose as issued in original wraps, chemise, and slipcase. FINE AND BRIGHT, WITH NO DEFECTS.
