Original printed wrappers. = The author, the French zoologist Jacques Bons (b. 1933), discusses 29 species and subspecies. With detailed descriptions, and illustrations with emphasis on the taxonomically most important characters. There is much information on habitats and behaviour. Stamp in the top margin of the front wrapper, otherwise a very good, clean copy. Rare.
