No marks or inscriptions. A very clean very tight copy with bright unmarked maroon cloth boards, very minor foxing to top of page edges and no bumping to corners. Dust jacket price clipped but not marked or torn or rubbed with a little creasing to upper edge. 192pp. George Oliver made a serious attempt to tackle the compatibility of Freemasonry with Christianity which brought him worldwide admiration. He was schoolmaster, country priest, Freemason and author in Lincolnshire and Wolverhampton in the first half of the 19th century.
