Fond inscription by the author on reverse of the preface. Pages very foxed. No other marks or inscriptions. No creasing to covers. A very clean very tight copy with unmarked boards and no bumping to corners. 31pp. History of Manchester Cathedral and its officials from 1863 including the author in whose time it was transformed from a humble Parish Church to a Cathedral. Very scarce with signature.
