Red editorial cloth with black lettering on front board and spine, just some light wear on the cover and paper mildly age-yellowed, overall in VG conditions, a nice and clean copy. A very scarce book devoted to the deployment, use and organisation of signal communication by the British Army during WW2, covering all aspects of communication and security, by wireless, cable, telegraphy and telephone, even including a chapter The Army Pigeon Service. Illustrated by many diagrams. Rarely found for sale as it was published with restricted circulation.
