Legatura coeva in piena pelle, filetti in oro al dorso e ai piatti (cerniera debole). Quindicesima edizione di questo fortunatissimo volume di ricette, edito per per la prima volta nel 1727, che fu tra i più ristampati e apprezzati del XVIII° secolo, tanto che nel 1742 fu il primo libro di cucina stampato negli Stati Uniti.
