Two clean very tight volumes with bright unmarked very slightly rubbed olive green cloth boards and a little bumping to spine ends and to front corners of Vol 1. Dusty page edges untrimmed. 621 + 581pp. An account of the experiences of Colonel Repington, originally a commissioned officer in the Army, he worked as a controverial War Correspondent during the First World War, relying much on his army contacts for information.
