Fogli di guardia e tagli marmorizzati. Assai evidenti abrasioni e mancanze alle coperte, con piatti staccati, ma testo ben fruibile. L'Opera comprende quattro tavole incise fuori testo, collocate all'antiporta di ciascun volume, raffiguranti: La Carità, Carlo V Imperatore della Germania, Francesco I, L'Imperatore Carlo V in una scena di corte.
