Dust jacket not price clipped or marked or torn or creased. 244pp. The author has researched the US Department of Homeland Security, the FBI, the CIA, INS, the patriot Act and more and came to realise that there are gigantic bureaucracies that exist primarily for the sole purpose of prologing their existence. As he says in one of his quotes 'If the FBI and CIA were as effective against their enemies as they are against each other, the United States would have the best inteliigence and enforcement in the world'.
