Name rubbed off front cover. No other marks or inscriptions. No creasing to covers or to spine. Volume 1 is a very clean very tight copy with bright boards, damp effect to upper rear edge of cover and some pages and no bumping to corners. Volume 3 is clean with very minor effect to upper edge. 91 + 11pp. The Government Report on British Nuclear Fuel's application to build THORP, a plant for reprocessing irradiated nuclear fuel at their Windscale and Calder Works at Sellafield in Cumbria. Volume 3 is the Index to the Report. Tucked in a pocket at the rear of Vol 1 is a large site plan (20 x 27.5 inches) of BNFL's Windscale and Calder Works in excellent condition. Scarce.
