Bulino, circa 1500, monogrammato in lastra in basso al centro. Ottima prova, impressa su carta vergata coeva priva di filigrana, con margini, in ottimo stato di conservazione. La composizione di questa stampa, che fu insolitamente popolare, ricorda in generale l'influenza delle prime incisioni di Dürer come la Coppia male assortita (TIB 10,93), ma ha un proprio paesaggio uniforme e luminoso e un'iconografia dell'amore vero, piuttosto che mercenario. La giovane donna tiene nella mano destra un garofano, tradizionale fiore di fidanzamento, e la coppia si guarda teneramente. Nonostante la sicurezza con cui il paesaggio è stato trattato, la goffaggine delle pieghe del panneggio suggerisce che si tratta ancora di un'opera relativamente precoce. Mojzer ha suggerito una data del 1500 e vede anche l'influenza della Promenade di Dürer e del suo Autoritratto del 1498. Lehrs conosceva settanta impressioni dell’opera, di cui più di venti erano su carta antica, ma solo tre erano considerate di prima qualità.
