He purchased it and entirely redecorated it with older and more recent French furniture and modern decorative arts. Many photographs of the room settings he designed. A number of glass chandeliers by Boris Sipek. Wrought ironwork by Mario Vila. Several of Lagerfeld's own designs: overstuffed chairs and a large couch. Most of the photography for the catalog of exterior and interior views by Lagerfeld and also Claude Germain. 419 lots in the sale. All illustrated in color.
