Dust jacket not price clipped or marked or torn or creased with minor traces of storage. 296pp. A study of the German's successful use of surprise and forceful attack during the Second World War, which came to be described as Blitzkrieg. It was developed during the inter-war years and allowed the Germans to move rapidly into Western Europe in 1940.
