4 volumi in-8° (22x14 cm), pp. XIII (1) 1208 (2) bianche; (4) 1209-1659 (1); CXXXVII (1) 1030; CLXIII (1) 639 (1), tela rigida editoriale verde con titoli e tomaisons dorati ai dorsi. Ottimo esemplare. Ristampa facsimilare di sole 100 copie dell' edizione originale del 1909-1920 (edita per i tipi del Government Printig Office of Washington ) di questa bibliografia di riferimento sugli atlanti e la cartografia con particolare riferimento alle Americhe. Censiti più di 5000 atlanti dal 1475 al 1920. Il secondo volume contiene solo l'utille lista degli autori. Successivamente uscirono altri tre volumi a cura di Clara Egli La Gear.
