Dust jacket not price clipped or marked or torn or creased. 222pp. Biography of Sir William Molesworth (1810-1855) who, although he owned extensive properties in Cornwall and Devon, was a Member of Parliament who fought for the rights of people - for extension of the ballot, for national education, repeal of the Corn Laws, abolition of transportation, self-government for the colonies and a defence of all religions.
