Boston, Little, Brown and Comp., 1878. Two volumes in two. Large 8vo. 656 pp. [xxii, 1-318; x, 319-624], 149 mostly lithographed plates. Original uniform green, embossed cloth, with gilt title on the spines. Brown endpapers. = Third, expanded edition (first: 1846). Profusely illustrated. Less common, especially outside the U.S.A. A few leaves slightly foxed in the margins, front endpapers of first volume cracked, otherwise a very good, clean set. Cat. BM(NH) 2, p. 525.
