Mainly clean very tight pages with slightly dusty unmarked green cloth boards, rubbing to spine foot, tiny bump to top of board edges and no bumping to corners. 178pp. Main part of the book is 'A Chronological View from the Earliest Times to the End of the Year 1898'.
