Description
Halle, Trampe, 1757-1764. Folio-size loose nature printing (36.3 x 21.4 cm). Well-preserved nature printing with additional hand-colouring and printed caption. In passepartout. = A rare, early example of nature printing of a wild hyacinth (Hyacinthus corollis). This print in good condition. Outer top and right margins somewhat soiled and with light fraying and a few tiny tears. Five tiny holes on left hand side, a few spots and a weak crase in the lower right side; otherwise very good.
