Description
in 4° (cm. 33,5) legat. edit. in piena pelle con impress. a secco ai piatti e dorsi, modesta conservazione con spellat. e tracce d'uso, (mancano i fermagli di chiusura), piatto anter. e dorso staccati, pp. LXXXII-1123. Bel frontespizio figur. a colori e numerose tavole fuori testo a colori protette da velina, e incisioni in nero f.t. di illustr. bibliche (costumi, oggetti, animali, vedute.). Questa celebre Bibbia apparve per la prima volta nel 1778 ad Edinburgo, e fu ristampata molte volte sia in Scozia che in America. Esempl. internamente molto buono.
