Description
87 pages. Profusely illustrated with black and white photos. Includes 34 pages of nostalgic ads for Camrose-area small businesses. Inscription inside back board otherwise unmarked with average wear to black textured cloth decorated in colour on front board. Those concerned about climate change may find this passage from page 49 to be of interest: "1952-53 will certainly be remembered as a very mild winter. At least one long-standing record was broken when no below zero readings were recorded before January 3. As a result of this sudden shifting of the banana belt to north of the 49th parallel, the College hockey team was very slow in forming." This from a time before development of Alberta's tar sands had kicked into high gear. A sound vintage copy of this happy memento. Book
