In folio (mm. 453x328), tela editoriale (aloni ai piatti), ricca decorazione in oro al piatto, pp. (4),19, con 66 tavole in bianco e nero fuori testo, protette da velina, che riproducono le opere più famose di artisti olandesi (Rubens, Van Dyck, Rembrandt, Willem e Adrian Van de Velde, etc.) e spagnoli (Velasquez e Murillo). Alc. lievi fioriture, per lo più marginali, ma complessivamente esemplare ben conservato.
