(19.1 x 11.2 cm). 189 pp. Original printed wrappers. = Narrative of a winter voyage in Lapland, by the American poet, travel author, journalist and diplomat [James] Bayard Taylor (1825-1878). Based on a journey, by foot, in northern Europe in 1865-1857 and originally published in English including a "summer travel" too. This rare edition translated from the German edition into Swedish: "Fri öfversättning från S. Cossmans Tyska bearbeitning". Uncut. Therefore edges a bit frayed; spine partly split, otherwise a very good, clean copy. Very rare.
