No marks or inscriptions. No creasing to covers or to spine. A very clean very tight copy with bright unmarked boards, extremely minor traces of foxing to boards and no bumping to corners. Dust jacket not price clipped or marked or torn with very slight rubbing down spine margin and traces of storage. Now protected in fully-removable transparent sleeve. 231pp. A history of the multi-coloured textile labels from the German firm Hoechst which were used as stickers on on the textile dyestuffs that were sent all over the world. The designs were even tailored to suit the countries supplied. Text is in English, German, French and Spanish.
