No marks or inscriptions. No creasing to covers or to slightly sunned spine. A very clean very tight copy with unmarked light maroon cloth boards, creasing to title page, tanning/foxing to page edges, sudty top of page edges and some bumping to corners. 347pp. Translated from the French, the four plays are The Residuary Legatee by Regnard, Turcaret or the Financier by Lesage, The Game of Love and Chance by Marivaux and The Conceited Count by Destouches. Undated ca 1925.
