8vo., First Edition thus, with title in green and black, title-vignette and illustrations in the text; pictorial green cloth, upper board blocked in red, gilt back, red top, a near fine copy in unclipped dustwrapper, the latter lightly browned at backstrip. David's classic compilation was first published by Joseph in 1960 with a second (heavily revised) edition in 1965. This CBC edition contains the revised text together with all of Renny's delightful illustrations. SCARCE IN THIS CONDITION.
