28x19 cm; (4), 225, (3) pp. e 10 tav. incise da Lampsonius fuori testo, oltre al frontespizio illustrato. Bella legatura coeva in mezza pelle con titolo e ricchi fregi impressi in oro e a secco al dorso. Dorso a 4 nervi (minime strofinature). Piatti foderati con carta marrone. tagli spruzzati in azzurro. Magnifica edizione illustrata da Lampsonius di questo classico romazo d'appendice ottocentesco. Oltre alle tavole fuori testo, numerossisime incisioni intercalate nel testo e belle iniziali, finalini e testatine ornate. Leggerissime bruniture in alcune pagine ma mai fastidiose o intense. Nel complesso esempalre in BUONO STATO DI CONSERVAZIONE.
