(mm. 123 x 80), cartoncino muto antico, tagli dorati, pp. (26) di Almanacco per l'anno 1798 + 110 pp. di manuale, con 1 tabella fuori testo più volte ripieg. dove sono elencati i "membres du Collège des Princes". Vi sono contenuti: "Précis de la constitution germanique - Liste des ambassadeurs, ministres, envoyés et députés, rassemblés à Rastadt".A Rastatt (anche Rastadt), dal dicembre 1797 all'aprile 1799, si tenne il congresso che doveva concludere la pace tra l'Impero germanico e la Francia.Con fioriture intercalate nel testo, ma buon esemplare.
