With illustrated endpapers, frontispiece portrait of Mary Poppins "by Bert", and 26 whimsical illustrations throughout, all by Mary Shepard. 8vo, in the original tan cloth, pictorially decorated and lettered on the upper cover in black, lettered on the spine in black. [iv], 268 pp. A fair copy of this beloved classic, the text is very clean and fresh though some pages are creased at the very corners, the hinges solid, the cloth mellowed with some wear and staining.
