Description
No marks or inscriptions. Faint reading crease to spine edge of front cover, none to spine. A very clean very tight copy with bright unmarked boards and no bumping to corners. 159pp. Set between Poland and New York, this cartoon story tells of how Spiegelman and his wife survived Hitler's Europe and came to live in New York and how as an ageing father he tried to live a normal life along with their children. Spiegelman in the story is a Jewish mouse and the Nazis are cats. These cats and mice are not Tom and Jerry but something quite different.
