Breslau and Bonn, Academia Caesareae Leopoldino-Carolinae, 1837. 4to (29.5 x 22.6 cm). title page, pp. [687]-710, one finely engraved hand-coloured plate. Disbound. = Three papers combined, as intended. With a few new taxa. The first, of 18 pp. is titled Neuere Beobachtungen über die Moosanthere und ihre Samenthierchen, the second (four pp.) Ueber Oscillatoria labyrinthiformis Agdh., and the third (two pp.): Beschreibung einer neuen Art von Gomphonema. The three papers share the single plate. No wrappers present, but still a nice copy with wide margins. A few text pages a bit spotted, otherwise good. Rare.
