Baxter, including a very finely executed handcoloured frontispiece and a large folding map of South Africa. 8vo, Bound by R W. Preston, Nottingham in contemporary three-quarter calf, raised bands to the spine, compartments diced in blind, lettered in blind, marbled endleaves, all edges marbled. xvi, 624 pp. A handsome copy internally, text bright and clean, some foxing to the prelims, upper hinge separated, some wear to the spine tip and additional scuffing or age evidence to the binding.
