THIS COPY WAS FORMERLY IN THE POSSESSION OF MISS MARY BENTALL, A SUBSCRIBER TO THE WORK. The author's presentaion slip, justifying the book's deferred piblication on the grounds of expanded size, is loosely inserted. With the addendum to the list of subscribers and the errrata slip. Scarce.
