No marks or inscriptions. No creasing to covers or to spine. Very clean very tight pages with unmarked green cloth boards, sunned to spine, discoloured to lower external corners of the boards (damp ?) and no bumping to corners. 104pp. A study of the Southern England countryside by author HE Bates during the Second World War. Illustrated by Tunnicliffe. Tucked in is a copy of an HE Bates' obituary from The Times of 1974.
