8vo., First Edition, with frontispiece and plates; handsomely bound in contemporary red half morocco, red cloth boards, back with five raised bands, second compartment with red leather label tooled and lettered in gilt, all other compartments richly ruled and tooled in gilt with an elaborate floral spray, gilt top, uncut, marbled endpapers, a most attractive copy ideal as a gift or for presentation. A SPLENDID COPY BOUND BY RIVIERE FOR HENRY SOTHERAN. THE BINDING IS SIGNED ON FRONT FREE ENDPAPER VERSO, WHICH PAGE ALSO BEARS THE TRADE STAMP OF SOTHERAN.
