No marks or inscriptions. No creasing to covers or to spine. A very clean very tight copy with bright unmarked black buckram boards, bright gilt lettering to spine and no bumping to corners. Dust jacket not price clipped or marked or torn or rubbed or creased. 256pp. Orlando Jewitt was a mid-19th century book engraver, whose work was outstanding but has been almost forgotten. This study shows us his skills in this well illustrated book. No dust jacket, as issued. Limited edition of 1250 copies of which 250 were for sale.
