Book and slipcase in as new condition. No marks or inscriptions. No creasing to covers or to spine. A very clean very tight copy with bright unmarked boards and no bumping to corners. 278pp. The author's entertaining account of a hotel he ran in the 1920s, where he was abusive to his guests in a similar manner to Basil Fawlty of Fawlty Towers.
