Description
London, John Murray, 1905. 8vo (23.0 x 17.0 cm). xi, 235 pp.; 11 tissue-guarded plates. Original gilt-printed cloth. Top edge gilt. = Dedication copy, inscribed by the editor to "Mrs Lord", and dated Xmas 1905 on the front free endpaper. Opposite, on the front patedown, the fine, pictorial private bookplate of the writer, Janet Hay Lord. Later owner's inscription in the top margin of the front free endpaper. Mild toning to endpapers; light shelf wear to spine ends, otherwise very good, clean.
